• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.

• Ensure the information provided (photo, design preferences, address) is accurate. Errors may result in delays or incorrect products.

3. Payments

• We  offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. For prepaid orders, multiple secure payment options are available.

• Any applicable taxes will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

4. Shipping

• Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days for domestic orders and 7-15 business days for international orders.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery due to incorrect addresses will incur additional charges.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• As all products are personalized, we do not offer refunds or returns for custom-made items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

• Eligible replacements will be processed at no additional cost.

6. Marketing Use of Returned Products

• If an order is not received and is returned to us, Photo Jewels reserves the right to use the product’s photos and videos for marketing purposes on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This helps us offset costs associated with production, printing, and shipping.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Photo Jewels. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties.

9. Liability

• Photo Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.

• We ensure high-quality production, but we are not liable for dissatisfaction due to customer errors (e.g., low-resolution images or incorrect input).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

• Photo Jewels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
