Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products at Photo Jewels, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All our products are custom-made with your photos, making each item unique and specifically crafted just for you.
- Orders cannot be cancelled & no refund will be given.
- If you have received defected product we will replace it for free. ( Proper Unboxing Video is needed )
- If your order is shipped and you do not accept the order and the courier company returns it to us, you will need to pay Rs. 200 (shipping and repacking cost ) to ship it again and No refunds will be done in this case also.

If an order is not accepted and is returned to us, please note that we may use the product for marketing purposes to help cover the costs, as it cannot be reshipped to anyone else.
