1-Year Jewelry Protection
- Free one-time replacement if your PhotoJewel® is damaged due to manufacturing defects.
- Waterproof & Anti-Tarnish Guarantee: If the shine fades or the jewel corrodes within 12 months, we’ll replace it.
1-Year Photo Warranty
- Free one-time replacement if your uploaded photo fades, blurs, or doesn’t display properly inside the jewel within 12 months.
One-Time Replacement (per plan)
Each PhotoJewels® Care+ plan can only be claimed once within the 1-year coverage period.
🚫 What’s Not Included
- ❌ Loss or Theft – Care+ does not cover lost or stolen jewelry.
- ❌ Intentional Damage or Mishandling – Breakage/scratches caused by misuse, accidents, or force.
- ❌ General Wear & Tear – Regular thread/chain wear (can be purchased separately).
- ❌ Change of Mind – Choosing a new design, or updating to a different photo after delivery.
- ❌ Packaging & Accessories – Gift boxes or add-on accessories are excluded.
- ❌ Multiple Claims – Each Care+ plan provides only one replacement within the 1-year period.

Show the Issue
Send a clear photo/video of the damaged PhotoJewel® or faded photo. This helps us verify your claim quickly.

Return the Damaged Item
Ship the original PhotoJewel® back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility). We only need the jewel — not the gift box or accessories.

Get Your Replacement
Once we receive your jewel, we’ll ship your brand-new replacement FREE of charge in fresh packaging. Typical timeline: 3–5 days after we receive your item.
Care+ and Photo Warranty are valid for 12 months from delivery and may be claimed only once per plan.
